Jeff Brohm to Purdue

3.33 million a year about a 3-4 times the salary presently. NO BRAINER!!! I don't know who wouldn't take that type of increase in pay. 3-4 times their present amount. Even having to move family, most would do it. There is loyalty, then there is financial stability. We all know in his business a few bad seasons and you are gone. You get fired at WKU, where next? Again, NO BRAINER!

Give him 3 years and Purdue will have a better roster to compete with the better teams in the Big 10.

Makes sense when you think about it, hes on the right side of the Big 10. Wisconsin will always be #1 and then who??? Throw a dart, they all are bad. Get Purdue to winning record and he names his next job.

Just emailed one of my work colleagues a congratulations. Poor guy is a lonely Purdue alum among a sway of IU alum. Told him I'd have to be a secondary Boilermaker fan now. :D.

QB from Caldwell County (Sindelar--??) is on Purdue's team, I believe. Maybe Brohm can make him into another of the storied QB's from Purdue. This deal sets up Brohm for life.

Not disagreeing with you, but who exactly is he going to recruit to West Lafayette? Going against Ohio State, Michigan, Notre Dame, MSU, Iowa, Wisconsin, the list goes on and on. I think Brohm will do a good job at Purdue but it will be more about developing the players they have and typically get than it will be bringing in a new class of athletes.

The Purdues roster is not very good. He will recruit like crazy and make them a better team.

How does one recruit like crazy to West Lafayette, IN?

The windmills on I-65 are really cool.

Maybe with Elijah Sindelar at QB he can catch lightning in a bottle like Mumme and Couch did at UK. Sindelar only attempted 14 passes as a true freshman, hopefully he can move up to QB1 next season.

He RS his frosh year. PU stars show 14/32 this past year. Backed up a SOPH that led B10 in yards and TDs.
