It's that time of the season once again folks, for the annual matchup of Raceland versus OPEN. I don't need to tell anyone what a monumental task this annual game is for the Raceland Rams, the Raceland/Worthington Communities and every Ram Fan around the world.

 

Now for the build up to the showdown: Raceland is undefeated and has put up some good stats. But, OPEN's stats are out of sight. In fact, no one has even seen them. They play a wide open offense and their receivers are so fast you can't even see them. The defense is unscored upon, they have not allowed a single point this season.

 

Here is some highlights of OPEN, as you can see, they are going to be hard to stop.

 

Open is the toughest team EVER! they havent lost in years!

I heard rumors that Open received a transfer over the summer. Apparently, he's a stud RB from Polk High that scored a whopping 4 TDs in one game last season.

 

 

If Raceland's going to have a chance, they've got to fly to the football and gang tackle #33.

One of these days I'm going to make it to see these two clash in this annual "slobberknocker".

I still remember the year Reno Hightower threw seven TD passes for OPEN when they defeated Raceland.

I have been told Raceland will practicing against air all week preparing for OPEN. Good move by the Raceland Coaching Staff to get the team prepared.

I hear he spent the offseason working with renowned throwing expert Sidd Finch.

Open's Running back (3), Will Runoveryou, leads the state in rushing and receiving tds. Raceland better play lockdown defense on number 3.

Ram .. I did hear our radio crew mention next week's opponent as "Idle" ! My God fans ... has "Open and Idle" consolidated ? No one will win against them. Also, what about "Bye week" ? ...please tell me that they are remaining independent !!

Classic contest between the slobberknocking, smashmouth Raceland Rams and the shifty, quick-as-lightning and elusive-to-the-point-of-invisibility Open Ghosts. I for one can't wait to see how this one plays out.

Will tickets be on presale for this one? I'd like to make it to this one. Is it at their place? I always have trouble finding their stadium.
