I forgot Deviled Eggs...I can crush those suckers.

I can eat a whole batch, be that a dozen or several dozen.

Honestly, I put those in a separate category than pretty much all other eggs. I think it's honestly because I've never had them for breakfast before. But I agree...and can crush deviled eggs too. And mix a little extra mustard into the filling please.

I poach an egg every other morning. Put on top of a Thomas' Lite Multigrain English muffin, sometimes with a red pepper slice or tomato, a little salt, pepper and chives, and let the sunshine spill all over the muffin. They don't make poached eggs as perfect as I do at the Four Seasons.

While I prefer over-easy, I love to scramble up some eggs (add milk), fry up some bacon and make me a nice bacon and egg sandwich for breakfast.

What's everyone's scramble recipe? I typically do maybe a tablespoon of milk for every 2-3 eggs, salt, pepper, and a bit of garlic powder before the mix. If they're not for a sandwich, about a minute before done, I'll throw in a chopped up slice of cheese and some more pepper and salt.

I'm a deviled egg snob. We have one "relative" that brings them every Christmas. Hell to the no. But my sisters are outstanding.

Right there with ya. Also, the paprika to yolk mixture ratio has to be on point. Too little or too much and it just throws the whole thing off.

I've never made them, but have to agree. I don't know what the "relative" does to them but they are a salty glob of yellow mess in the middle of a hard boiled white. PASS

If I have to eat them, it would be scrambled...but I don't have to so I went with a NO.

I always do an egg white omelet with cilantro, diced mini-peppers, green onion and crushed red pepper.

The omelette is my go-to meal when I am in starvation mode, its late, eating alone, etc. I like southwestern with jalapeno, tomato, zuchinni, red and green pepper, mushroom; however, a french omelette with fines herbes and maybe some red pepper flakes is outstanding.

When you scrambled-egg consumers get some time, try fold-cooking them in a double boiler over low-medium heat. It takes 40 minutes, but the heavenly fluffy curds you get as a result are an unparalleled celebration of egg-dom.

I never order scrambled eggs. I will eat them at the hotel free breakfast if that is my only choice.

Well, I don't know that those even constitute eggs, so I think you're safe to say you just never do scrambled period.

Hard boiled, soft boiled, over easy, sunny side up, whatever. I will eat an egg any way you fix it, and there should be an "All of the above" option in the poll.

One of my favorite ways to eat an egg is a good old pickled egg. One of my favorite foods.

I can eat about a million and a half deviled eggs.

Scrambled, but every now and then over medium.
