This morning I made a two eggs over medium/hard with half of a bagel.

Each Sunday I hard boil a dozen eggs for the week, primarily placing it my salads.

Omelettes are the best if you have time to be creative with them.

While I prefer over-easy, I love to scramble up some eggs (add milk), fry up some bacon and make me a nice bacon and egg sandwich for breakfast.

What's everyone's scramble recipe? I typically do maybe a tablespoon of milk for every 2-3 eggs, salt, pepper, and a bit of garlic powder before the mix. If they're not for a sandwich, about a minute before done, I'll throw in a chopped up slice of cheese and some more pepper and salt.

Not necessarily a recipe, but the secret to a good scrambled egg is to add a little bit of water.

RE: Deviled eggs. My new thing I top it with is the Mrs. Dash salad seasoning mix in lieu of paprika. Provides a bit more bite.

Favorite is a western omelet, I add 1 tbsp. ice water for each egg, usually 3. Makes it fluffy, I think milk makes it tough. Also scrambled, milk added and tsp. real butter, use whisk and into the microwave (I know, I know) 2&1/2 minutes, stir and another2&1/2 minutes. You won't believe how tender they are. And loved my Mother's and sister Jean's deviled eggs. Mine are a disaster, don't know why. One of the few things I cannot prepare.

Anyone eat egg salad and toast sandwich for breakfast?

I take scrambled eggs add a little mustard, a little mayo, shake of salt and pepper then mix it together. Spead it on lightly buttered toast (if available add bacon). I can eat this for any meal.

I'm a deviled egg snob. We have one "relative" that brings them every Christmas. Hell to the no. But my sisters are outstanding.

There must be one in every family. I don't touch them during gatherings with my dad's side, but they've learned to make extra for me on my mom's side so other people can have some too. :lol2:

Honestly, they weren't mine. I promise I have never subjected anyone to the cruel and inhuman treatment of taking my deviled eggs anywhere except to the garbage disposer. :bag:

I like over hard ,scrambled or in an omelet ,all with plenty of pepper and tobacco sauce .

And deviled eggs . My late mother-in-law made heavenly deviled eggs ,and so does her daughter .

The most addictive of sauces.
