August 23, 201610 yr Okay, this brings up an interesting question for me (sorry to hijack the thread momentarily). But, do you put any milk in with your eggs when you make French Toast? The reason why I ask is, I always do, and always assumed everyone did. However, my wife (when we were first married) and her side of the family never do. I've eaten them that way (out of respect) when we're at her parents house, but just don't think they compare to the ones with milk in them. I don't put milk in eggs but a small bit of sour cream right at the very end. For texture, not taste.

Yes, I add milk to mine and sometimes add milk to my scrambled eggs as well.
August 23, 201610 yr 2 over easy every morning I'm at home. They go so good with my iced coffee with whipped cream on top! Hummm...not many women like their eggs like that.

August 24, 201610 yr Over medium, runny yoke and the white cooked completely. And a lot of Frank's red hot.
August 24, 201610 yr I may be in the minority, but the yolk is my favorite part of the egg. Dipping a biscuit or toast into runny yolk is divine. I save the yolk in a hard boiled egg till last because it's my favorite. And if you're lucky enough to be able to get fresh eggs... well, that just ups the divinity.
August 24, 201610 yr 1 - Over sleazy 2 - Boiled (soft or hard) 3 - Sunny side 4 - Poached 5 - Omelettes I never order scrambled eggs. I will eat them at the hotel free breakfast if that is my only choice.
