Jumper_Dad Posted July 27, 2016 Posted July 27, 2016 He's had a drivers license and been able to drive for a while. As been allowed extended stays with family for years. I just don't see how you shoot several people,including the POTUS, and leave a prison any way other than feet first.

He's been in a psychiatric hospital, and was never convicted of the crimes. He was found not guilty by insanity, and never did any prison time. I guess his doctors have determined he's no longer a threat to himself or others and the judge just followed their advice.
