July 24, 201610 yr Can somebody tell this guy to just stop?! Drake forced Kentucky into reporting another violation – CollegeBasketballTalk Drake can’t stop committing NCAA violations. Kentucky was forced to report a Level III violation to the NCAA back in October due to “preferential treatment” that a player received, according to a report from the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Here’s what happened: a player, whose name was redacted in the report, was spotted by Drake or one of his entourage and was invited backstage at a concert. Drake did not provide the tickets and was not in touch with the player prior to the start of the show, but it is a violation nonetheless. In late May of 2015, Tyler Ulis, who had just finished up his freshman season with the Wildcats, posted this picture on Instagram: In 2014, Drake was the cause of a similar violation when he took pictures with a recruit at Big Blue Madness. He also wore a Kentucky shirt and Kentucky shorts while touring the Texas athletic facilities this week. You can’t take this guy anywhere.
July 24, 201610 yr What a joke. I'm sure Drake has pointed out quite a few college co-eds on a full ride. This is a non story and I still don't get Drake. Guy is the biggest wanna be hoopster and couldn't beat a middle school star.
July 24, 201610 yr A violation but yet UK has zero control over who Drake decides to root for or hang out with. A violation but yet some schools can get away with academic fraud. Makes a lot of sense. This should be a non issue.

July 25, 201610 yr That's a lame violation. Hell, Drake was probably the bigger fan in that situation anyways.
July 28, 201610 yr I don't understand how this is any different than an NBA player playing in a pickup game with current players. That happens all the time at a lot of schools. Just wondering...If our player wanted to take a private music lesson or "pay" Drake a dollar for a private music consultation, would that make it legal?
July 28, 201610 yr I guess I shouldn't be getting my picture taken with any players. Wouldn't want to cause any issues for UK.
