July 13, 201610 yr Author Only option now is the Supreme Court and since TB is a Trump supporter, no way Ginsburg lets him win. :jump: Well played Farrah.
July 13, 201610 yr Author Poor guy. I can only imagine how deflated he must feel. That joke is as tired as the topic.
July 14, 201610 yr I wish he'd take his 4 game suspension and deal with it. Stuff is OLD! But - in my best Skip Bayless voice - his pursuit of justice is nothing short of heroic.
July 14, 201610 yr So let's say he appeals to the SC... Does he get a stay of the suspension until the SC hears it? If so, the SC would probably not rule until after the Super Bowl, right? That assumes they even hear the case as you would think they have more pressing issues. I would think whether he appeals to the SC would depend on his attorney's advice as to when the SC would hear the case and rule. If it would all be done by the middle of this season, he needs to stop the appeals now and get it over with. If it will take them until after the season, why not appeal and play all season???
July 15, 201610 yr Same as last year. He will play 16 games plus post season. It will take that long I think to decide whether to hear it.
