Travis was a guest on an Arkansas radio show this morning, and when asked about Calipari’s appearances on ESPN, he did not hold back: “I think the overall impact of that is going to be pale in comparison to the money he is giving players to sign with him. Let’s be honest: John Calipari is paying players and has been for years. No, I'm just not over estimating that many people keeping their mouths shut. Every player hasn't left happy, if they were getting paid on the front side and left mad...they'd be telling someone. I did hear that Matt Nover got a John Deere to go where ever he went. That's where the idea in the movie came from, for Ricky Roe to get a tractor.

For Cal, however, it would be a PR nightmare and something his advisers would suggest he avoid. Even if Travis is wrong, a whole bunch of other stuff could come out that Cal and UK would rather not make public. Former players can ignore NCAA requests to testify. Whole 'nuther situation in the US court of law.
