Never use while sleeping. But I would think that would be common sense but you know someone sued them because they tried to do both of those warnings. And if you try to use a hair dryer while sleeping in the shower, look out.
June 17, 201610 yr Do you all swim in the ocean? If they do, they wouldn't fault the hotel they are staying at if they got bit by a shark. I will get in the ocean water that is clear and you can see but not very deep. I realize the risks of doing that and would not expect the hotel I'm staying at to be at fault if I get bit by a shark and they didn't have a sign up.

Exactly. Just like lawn mowers have the big "DO NOT STICK HAND UNDER WHILE RUNNING" signs....It goes without saying, but someone was clearly stupid enough to do it and try to sue.

June 17, 201610 yr If this has already been brought up, forgive me as I did not read ALL posts. I thought I heard the child's body was found and intact. If he was dragged away by a gator I would think there would have been nothing left.

They don't eat often, maybe once a week, so this may have been an opportunistic kill for him/her that was going to be eaten later.

June 17, 201610 yr If they do, they wouldn't fault the hotel they are staying at if they got bit by a shark. Agreed, but a natural beach or ocean is not a "controlled" environment. If Disney had intended for their guests to mingle with alligators, they would have had them sign or agree to a release.

Thought they were very opportunistic and would eat just about anything at any time they could.
