Just my observation, but I would think 6' and about 170. Strong, quick, and athletic.

Really? Doesn't MC have 3 big men that can shoot the rock in Dalton Perkins and are also young?

Mason County's "big 4" for the next couple of years would have been Perkins at 6'8"; Garrison at 5'11", Lofton at 5'9" and Dunaway at about 6'0". The two big men who shot (and made) their share of threes this past season were seniors.

For Garrison think of Briscoe of UK. Same type of game (not saying that level player). A guard who scores at the rim but doesn't hit many jump shots. And I'd say he's closer to 5'10" 165 lbs.

Pretty much my take as well.

 

I wish the young man the best, but I was really hoping to see how he would develop as Mason County's leader for the next two years. This really hurts the Royals and weakens an already weak 10th Region. And it would seem to open things up for Bracken County in the 39th.

Dalton is developing quite nicely...but shoot the rock well might be a stretch. He will absolutely be a force this upcoming season though. Much improved from last year...IMO

I have enjoyed watching him play when given the opportunity.

Outstanding defender and penetrator. Will start and make whatever team he plays for better. Observations about shooting are correct, but good form and just needs the gym time and reps to improve. This is a major loss for MC. Shortened the gap between the Polar Bears and Royals.

 

Um, no. He would not start at CovCath. Nice little player, but sorry.
