How long ago? Do you know what the rule is in Ohio regarding out of state kids to go to school and play sports at their private schools?

I would like the KHSAA to implement that rule.

Any School in Kentucky, Kentucky does not have a residency requirement, just a requirement that you be enrolled in a KY school.

 

The question was "who", not what the rule is. I wanted to hear the named players, but they got it.

I honestly don't see him as a starter at CCH...

Would be nice if more parents would listen to their kids and what would make them happy instead of their own selfish desires for them. The grass isn't always greener on the other side.

I remember when this came about. This was during the Jerry Faust days at Moeller. His program dominated Ohio HS football and annually saw 15-20 D1 scholarships. Fellow coaches had a major campaign as he was getting all the top Diocese athletes, many of them from NK.

I would too. I gaurantee there are many parents out there that make many decisions for their kid for there own gratification.

Sure there are some. But I will never begrudge a parent for doing what they think is best for their kid, regardless of the reason. I've done a complete 180 on this issue from a few years ago.

Will Garrison have to take special classes at CovCath or something of the sort because he is not Catholic? I know usually the tuition is higher for kids who are not Catholic.

If you are not part of a parish of a district feeder school then you pay an additional amount of about $700.

 

All students take religion classes.
