March 30, 201610 yr Eli's in Crescent Springs (now closed) would do this with some of their shots. Nothing better than getting an Irish Car Bomb for $2 Ironic.
March 30, 201610 yr I love the idea. Will hopefully allow me to try a lot more unique craft brews for less.
March 30, 201610 yr Yeah I agree. Since it is downtown, I'd imagine that their beer prices will all still range from $3.75 and $7.50. Complete random guess. That's right around the range of what I would guess. I think it would be cool if you could be sitting at the bar and notice that a Rhinegeist offering plummeted down to $4 and then you could order one quick. I think it would be a quickly fading novelty if the prices only slowly changed and beers you actually want are all topping out at $8 or $9. At some point if you wanted to get a good beer you would go somewhere else.
March 30, 201610 yr If the Wheats and Wit's are having a down day all the better . Leinenkugel Summer Wheat is a nice summer brew . Had some killer Belgium stuff house brewed in the Titusville Fl area 2 weeks ago.
March 30, 201610 yr I would dabble in the penny beers and I should probably apply for a margin account now.
March 31, 201610 yr PP92 could go there and get hammered for $5. Sam Adams Winter Lager would go for $22 a glass the day after PP visits.
March 31, 201610 yr Do the prices change overnight or during the course of the evening? Based on my understanding, which admittedly could be wrong, prices will fluctuate with each purchase. So if I buy a Bud Light, and then the next 10 people after me buy Bud Light, the next time I go to get a Bud Light the price will be higher based on the increased demand.

I guess there's no way to run a tab then, because that sounds like a logistical nightmare trying to keep track of what was bought and (more importantly) when.
March 31, 201610 yr I guess there's no way to run a tab then, because that sounds like a logistical nightmare trying to keep track of what was bought and (more importantly) when. I would imagine it is all done in a computer, showing when you bought the drink at at what price the drink was at the time of purchase.

I'm sure their computer program will have the ability to log the price of the beer at the time of purchase.

Yeah, I understand that, and it all makes sense. I guess I was just envisioning someone at a table with was being served by waitstaff, and if things were written down with a pencil/pad. (Just didn't have any idea of what their setup may be like.)
