Says he is still going on 4 other official visits and wanted to commit as a place holder. This kid is only "committed" to his ego.

Don't understand why people are like this to kids. Yeah he's committed as a place holder, but still. Colleges do similar things. They'll offer a kid as a backup plan and such.

There are limited spots in classes. Some schools are only going to take so many of a certain position. Also nobody should be upset that he's enjoying being a high school recruit. Why would he pass up official visits?

We can agree to disagree. My take is if you are committed, you shut it down. You have done your homework and know where you want to be. If you want to continue to go on visits, then don't commit.

What is the story behind the Belfry offensive lineman? Dotson (a huge kid) committed to UK but Bentley committed to UofL (UK didnt even offer) both seem to be good recruits. Just curious. Can you have too many OL?

Dotson is still 17, Bentley has been 19 for a few months.

Dotson has great size, room to grow, and is freakishly athletic for a kid his size.

Bentley is topped out size wise, but will work his tail off and will change his body in a D1 program.

Both are nasty blockers and fantastic football players.
