Just read a CBS sports article that mentioned UK having the second most underrated class in the nation, behind Maryland. Stoops was quoted as saying it's by far the best class they have had in his tenure. One thing this staff has done well IMO is evaluate talent and recruit the best they are able to get given the circumstances. If they're happy with this class, then so am I.

UK got a top 100 kid today in JaVonte Richardson from Cleveland. 6'4 WR who had an offer from Michigan.

 

He'll be a nice complement to QB Mac Jones from Florida.

How many of these kids are good enough to not be red shirted and see the field as true freshman? Not starters obviously, just as back ups. I have heard the kid from Ohio who some are worrying about his behaviour is talented enough to see action behind Snells. Anyone else?

Was never offered, same kid who calls himself a 5 star and list himself as a 4 star in his Twitter bio.

NewCath QB Patrick Henschen will walk at UK. He had at least one D1 offer. He is 6'6 210 pounds and ran a 4.7 at a combine last year.
