The Boone County Sheriff’s Office said a mother and her boyfriend abused and tortured a three-year-old boy over a period of four days.

 

Tiffany Herbers and James Anderson are facing criminal abuse charges. Anderson is also charged with assault.

 

Herbers’ son had severe bruising on his head, face, neck, torso, ears and buttocks and a busted lip when he was taken to the hospital, according to the sheriff’s office.

 

Deputies recently received an anonymous tip urging a welfare check at a home on Donaldson Highway.

 

“There they spoke to the child’s mother, Tiffany Herbers, who informed them the boy was out with her boyfriend, James Anderson,” states a release from the sheriff’s office.

 

Shortly after the welfare check, Anderson dropped off the boy to relatives, who immediately took him to the hospital.

 

Detectives determined the abuse took place between March 16 and March 20.

 

The boy suffered non-life threatening injuries and is expected to recover, according to officials.

 

Officials tell FOX19 NOW that the mother had custody of the baby for one week per month.

What is wrong with people. His own mother...

Kid was a punching bag.

There's no words. Anyone who does this to a child is a monster.

There is a cure.

1. Be castrated or tubes ties as to never have another kid and your kid given to someone who wants a kid.

 

OR

 

2. A gun and bullet.

 

For these people I recommend #2.

Sick people.

Hang the parents.

Should have a public beheading or hanging on fountain square for these monsters.

So if these people go to jail and get beat up can I be indifferent ?

First, I'd like to kick both their tails, severely, over the course of a few days, give 'em a taste of their own idiocy. Second, I would not allow the boyfriend anywhere near this child. Thirdly, the mother should give up custody. This kid should not be put back into that situation, ever.

This is one of those cases where we need to bring back public hangings. After a few days of torture for these two.

Agree on all points, but I sincerely hope it's not up to her on whether to "give up" custody. With this happening, she gave up that right...custody should be taken from her.

I agree , the mother should be forced to give up her child. Disgusting.

These would be fine folks for Obama/Kerry to turn over to ISIS in one of their trades for the next Bergdahl?
