Question for everyone, is this crime worse than what Jared did?

 

There are not degrees of bad and worse in child abuse cases, all are heinous.

 

The clue here is that the mother only had custody of the child 1 week per month, that tells me that this was an open and ongoing case.

 

Rest easy that karma bites back while locked up...if we all remember our little trip earlier this week, it's not if, it's when you get your beat down while locked up.

So if these people go to jail and get beat up can I be indifferent ?

What is it with single mothers who allow their boyfriends to beat on their kids?! It seems like that is always the case.

Sometimes it's so hard to read articles and threads like this. My wife avoids them if at all possible. As a grandpa, I can not image what I would do if one of my grand kids showed up at my house with bruises all over.

 

Any adult that abuses a child should be put in prison and abused in the same manner every single day while they're in there.

Too often it is people without any self esteem that put their own gratification above the safety and security of their own children. They are afraid that if they say anything, "They will lose their man"

 

These people make me as sick as the ones that harm the children. How someone would allow anyone else to intentionally harm their child is beyond comprehension for me. I guess maybe they were just, born that way. They think their happiness is more important than taking care of their children and protecting them from animals.

Mother has the child 1 week a month? Sounds like there were custody issues to begin with.

 

Who has him the remainder of the month? The biological father? The relatives where the boy was dropped off? There are some missing pieces here.

 

Given the information to this point, I would say whoever has primary custody would have grounds for sole custody with no visitation, but I've seen the courts do some weird things regarding the mother.

Well, I'll say it. If I was the father of the child, they'd be looking for the mother and boyfriend. They'd need a topo map and a backhoe to find them.
