You should get out more some really nice BGP'er down on this side of hell......

Maybe in 4 more years I'll make it to Mt. Sterling. Wait. 8 more years. Your GRC team is hosting in 4 years.

If we have a gym built by then.....:ohbrother:.

Anyone have the stats?

Had the Royals by 5 but I'll take a 2 point win

Me too.

How was the crowd Goldie? Looked rather large, especially on the Mason County side on video that have seen. If Mason beats Paris, they might just win this thing

I didn't go. Heard the crowd was small for both schools.

Had the Royals by 3... Campbell was a favorite to win, now the region is even more wide open... Can't wait to see what happenes... 1 for 1 so far

Could not be there like many, but followed via Danny Weddle, WFTM radio. The bright side of the loss is next Monday I "don't have to make the trip to the other side of hell" as someone on BGP said earlier.

I don't get this argument that's been ongoing all week. When we played someone got the 5:15 tip on Monday night at the fieldhouse. Somehow people always showed up to watch us play. Moco and Clark made the drive up north year after year. For those that missed it, it was a classic game in the 10th region tournament. Support the kids!

It wasn't large. The size is partially Paris/Harrison people who were filtering in.

Good-sized (not capacity, but nice) crowd for both sides. Plenty of noise.

Daughter and her Australian beau met us at Melini's for sangria and pizza; then on to the game. Beau went with daughter to the UK-UT game; he was MUCH more impressed by the excitement in this one.

Whoever said that both sides had players step up at crunch time was correct. D-Will from 3 to put the Royals ahead. McGovney with a jumper from the FT line to put the Camels up 70-69. Then Pig's heroics; NBN from way behind the arc for the game-winner.

Several keys in this one for Mason. Keeping everyone in the game with several in foul trouble. Credit Matt Wilson for getting the Royals in trouble; until Biggs had his guys collapse on the big man, he was unstoppable. Staying in the game while Pig got an extended breather for 3-4 minutes in the final quarter. Seemed like everybody had their big moments.

Congrats to the Camels on a great run; I really thought going in that they would win fairly easily but you don't play the games on paper.

Sumo, I sat beside your better half. She behaved herself admirably the entire time. Never flirted with me once, and that showed REMARKABLE resolve on her part.

Congrats to Coach Biggs (who has done remarkably well with a team returning one lone starter from last season) and the Royals on a hard-fought win.

Another view. This one from WFTM's facebook page.
