A fun district would be Brossart, Pendleton, Bracken, Augusta. (And yes I know this is impossible) You would some BIG time seeding, All A, and district games.

Correction. Was thinking of Heritage, maybe.

Correction. Was thinking of Heritage, maybe.

BTW: Your Bellarmine team lost to something called Indiana Southern I saw. lol

And Heritage is in Boone County.

I think that the 9th region should be all Kenton and Boone County schools and move the Campbell County schools to the 10th. It would look something like this..

33rd: Walton, Cooper, Ryle, Boone, Heritage

34th: Conner, St. Henry, Lloyd, Dixie, Villa

35th: Holmes, CovCath, Beechwood, Ludlow, Latin

36th: Holy Cross, Scott, Simon Kenton, Calvary Christian

37th: Dayton, Bellevue, Newport, NewCath

38th: Highlands, Bishop Brossart, Campbell County, Silver Grove, Pendleton County

39th: Mason County, St. Pats, Fleming County, Augusta, Bracken County

40th: Harrison County, Robertson County, Paris, Bourbon County, Nicholas County

Here's what I'd like to see in the 10th region.

My perfect region would be:

37th: St Pat, Bracken, Augusta, Brossart

38th: Scott, Pendleton, Bourbon, Clark

39th: Campbell, Mason, Harrison, Montgomery

40th: Nicholas, Calvary, Silver Grove, Paris, Robertson

Geographically, it doesn't "fit", but it allows a fair amount of parity based on size.

I'm sure the larger schools would cry "foul" at this makeup, but if we aren't going to have classification (which I'm against), this allows a more level playing field for the smaller schools.

(Bracken, Pendleton, Brossart, Augusta)

Bracken County in the same district with their top three rivals

Pendleton in their with their two rivals

Augusta with their rival

If you seed this district, then add in the fact these teams have Class A, and district at Bracken, it would very entertaining for everyone and would make for some great games.

Way too many travel issues. Your 37th is the only one that's close geographically.

You can't just start in the middle of a realignment or it won't work.

I spent some time trying to work on one, then got busy. I had a couple of trouble spots I didn't get to fix before I moved on to something else.

All Seed

This would be solid if you keep all 10th teams. Might even move Nicholas over for Paris or Bourbon but it makes it tough geographically

I'd rather see Montco to the 16th and GRC to the 11th, maybe even the 14th since they're close to Estill/Powell....great regional location too?? Not sure where the 14th is held but Hazard would be a hike for them....Jenkins etc.....

I can see GRC, Paris, and Bourbon heading to the 11th while the 10th acquires Highlands, NCC, Newport, Bellevue and Dayton. Assuming MontCo takes it to the 16th.

Move Montgomery to region that appreciates their gym.

I think they need to fix 37th to only four teams somehow. But everything you do has an effect on another district or region. One thing I really love about this is you bring back dying rivalries. (Mason/Fleming, Pendleton/Bracken) Especially if you seed the district.

With seeding the 37th is presently a three team district.

15th Region:

57th- Lawrence Co., Johnson Central, Paintsville, Magoffin Co.

58th- Prestonsburg, Betsy Layne, Floyd Central, Knott Co.

59th- Pike Central, Pikeville, Shelby Valley, Jenkins

60th- Sheldon Clark, Belfry, Phelps, East Ridge
