February 17, 201610 yr SC Gov Haley has endorsed Sen Cruz. I'm seeing Rubio. Or is this another trick by someone? :lol2:
February 17, 201610 yr I'm seeing Rubio. Or is this another trick by someone? :lol2: Gov. Haley endorsing Rubio for president | The State Nope, you're not the only one Habib. Plenty of other sites are saying rubio as well.
February 17, 201610 yr Has the Republican Establishment decide to line up behind Cruz? No all signs continue to show Rubio growing. I don't like Cruz, most republicans feel the same way.

February 18, 201610 yr Rubio has surged 1 point in the most recent poll from CNN still trailing Cruz by 2 pts and Bush hot on his heels 2pts behind. FTR T-Rump is ahead of them all by 22+ pts.
February 18, 201610 yr A disaster in South Carolina MAY knock out Bush and/or Carson, but I doubt it. I think the current six are in it through Super Tuesday. Trump is going to the convention, Cruz is going to the convention, and most likely Marco though Kasich still has an outside chance, especially if he can keep some momentum as we head to the Midwest (both Kasich and Marco will not go, one or the other). Bush and Carson virtually have no shot at this point. Bush has to be setting an all time record for spending the most money for 5% (or less) of the vote. How can donors STILL be throwing money at him??? You can like Trump or hate Trump but Trump has completely neutered Bush...
February 18, 201610 yr Saw a report on FoxNews that said Cruz was now leading in a national poll of the GOP candidates. That surprises me somewhat.
February 18, 201610 yr Saw a report on FoxNews that said Cruz was now leading in a national poll of the GOP candidates. That surprises me somewhat. I found the story on CNN's website. New poll put Cruz atop the national field at 28% to Trump's 26%. What surprises me is that the two most strident, anti-establishment candidates are securing the support of well more than half of the GOP base. Unless there's a brokered convention, it appears now that either Trump or Cruz will be the GOP standard-bearer in the fall. Voters just aren't embracing Rubio-Bush-Kasich.
February 18, 201610 yr Just as on the Dems side, it doesn't matter who the voters are embracing, the powers that be will decide the candidates.
February 18, 201610 yr Just as on the Dems side' date=' it doesn't matter who the voters are embracing, the powers that be will decide the candidates.[/quote'] Correct, primaries are just a charade.
February 18, 201610 yr The real question is, if Trump drops, does interest in the GOP ticket dwindle to the point that a Romney run becomes a possibility?
