Sad to report Coach Hauck has passed away this morning. He was 88 yrs old. RIP Coach :(

RIP Coach. Absolutely charming person. I enjoyed every conversation that I had with him.

That is sad. Probably like a lot of guys on here I had the opportunity go up against Coach Hauck's team.

 

Prayers to the family including his former players that I'm sure consider him family.

RIP Coach.

Owen is my uncle and will be missed. He had one of the biggest hearts of anybody I have ever met.

The Fort Thomas Community lost a Great man today. I used to run into Coach at the local Sandwich shop here in town and he always had a great story to tell. Would always tell me how misbehaved my Father In Law was when he coached him back in the early 60's at Highlands. RIP Coach Hauck!:(

I had the privilege of meeting Coach Hauck a few years ago, he was a fine man. Prayers to his family. RIP Coach.

Think about my two years playing for the legend Bob Lewis and playing 3 times against Coach Hauck.

 

Not many games where you have more wins than those two.

RIP coach, I know a few former players were trying to visit him yesterday.

Prayers to Coach Hauck and his family. He came to one of our pre game meals at Ludlow to give a pregame speech to us back in 2003. He was a great coach, but seemed to be even a better person!
