Both dead after a pursuit and shootout with police.

One officer was injured in the shootout, and is in the hospital with non life threatening injuries.

Pretty sure police killed them both.

Apparently both shooters were wearing go pro cameras.

One neighbor stated many deliveries were made to home of shooters and the couple had frequent visitors of mid-eastern descent. Neighbor was afraid to call police because of being labeled as discriminatory.

Well that's extremely messed up. WOW. Creating their own reality perhaps...

At this point I'm hoping the alleged baby has a name change and never knows it's true identity if it was in fact their child.

I've already read so many ignorant comments by people online just because of the suspects names.

If the subject's names were Thomas, Jason or Robert the ignorant comments would be coming from another group of people.

Female was Tashfeen Malik, 27 years old.

 

Male was Sayed Farook, 28 years old.

 

I think I got the spelling right. They have not ruled out terrorism. They think they were in a relationship.

 

Apparently he was at the party, left and returned. They think now that there were only two shooters and both are deceased.

 

I believe they said they were explosives found at the scene.

B). When's the last time you witnessed multiple people getting shot by more than one person and stopped to count how many there were and got a good description?

 

Honestly I was impressed how quickly the details given by witnesses paid off.

This is unrelated to the actual events that took place, but what is the deal with media outlets saying that everything is a long rifle? Has the term "long rifle" replaced the previously hot term "assault rifle?" I heard them using this term during the PP attacks and thought it might just be a one time slip up, but they were using it again all yesterday. Knowing what a long rifle is, it made me chuckle every time one of the analysts called their weapons long rifles. If you don't know what it is, google longrifle and tell me if anyone pictured the suspects carrying those around. Sometimes it amazes me how clueless those analysts are.

I noticed that as well and it became pretty annoying but my guess it is because of all of the backlash from using the term "assault rifle".
