Pulaski comes back after trailing 28-14 in the first half to dominate the second half out scoring Highlands 27-3.

Birds gave 'em a game, I'm sure Pulaski was sweating a little at halftime.

After shooting themselves in the foot in the first half with turnovers. Pulaski came back in the second half and held highlands to 3 points and scored 27 unanswered points of their own in the second half.

 

Congrats to Highlands on turning their season around and for causing those turnovers in the first half. You made this a very exciting game. You lost to a very good Pulaski county team, that's nothing to be ashamed of.

 

Should be a great matchup next week with Pulaski and Bowling Green. Assuming bowling Green wins tonight.

With the way the season started for the Birds..I know not making it to state and winning it all hurts but they definitely improved during the course of the year. Nice season young men. Way to keep working all year and never quiting.

Great game by Pulaski. The "adjustments made at the half were all the difference in the world. The lack of adjustments made from Highlands throughout, well, let's just say same ole same ole.

About what I expected, Pulaski was very good this year. Highlands improved in a big way and will definitely be back again . Pulaski was just the better team; congratulations to both teams on great seasons.
