I was just getting ready to post this article. He rips Andy. He is right too.

Arians said the Bengals have a history of simulating the snap count.

Whitlock is an idiot.

1) Dalton shouldn't have had an option there other than a screen pass or short dump off... He should've been told, run no matter what you see.

 

2) what would Whitlock say of the play works for a go ahead touchdown? It's one play and the Bengals still tied the game for what should've been overtime.

 

3). The defense lost that game. Period. Injuries or not, they lost it.

Dalton and gang lost the Houston game, the D lost last night.

I actually thought Hill showed signs of his old self last night. Was hitting the hole hard and was getting those extra 4-5 yards after contact like he was getting last year. They look a lot better in the I Formation with Hill in the backfield and Hewitt leading him. Hewitt threw a huge block on Hills second touchdown run, flattened a safety.

The questioning of the decision made by Andy is more than fair. The reasons behind his decision are obviously speculative but, hey, that's what fans do.

Gio and AJ are playing lights out between the 20's, If Hill can start complimenting Eifert in the Red Zone we will be almost impossible to stop.

It's 100% unfair.. What if the Bengals didn't convert the 4th down when they were down by 14?

These things happen in football... It's not selfishness, it just didn't work out. I still say, Hue has to forcefully suggest they run the ball in that situation. It's easier for coaches and even easier for fans at home to feel that way... Not so easy for players in the heat of the game with all the adrenaline going and all.

Hill got trucked pass blocking last night. And he is actually a pretty good pass blocker I believe.

Been said but in this order;

 

1) Penalties on the road very difficult to overcome against quality team

 

2) Awful clock management. I blame AD, run it. I blame the 2nd down call that was worse. An out for no 1st down and go out of bounds. Play call, I guess on that one.

 

3) Last week offense, this week defense sucked.

 

4) What is up with this 3rd quarter stuff. We more often than not are awful in that quarter.

 

5) O-line was pretty weak all night.

 

6) I really felt the Bengals were the better team, but could not get out of their own way.

 

7) Loss not devastating, I believe they will go 5-1 the rest of the way.
