As far as concealing, in the event of a terrorist attack you probably wouldn't see it coming soon enough for you to be able to even use your weapon. And I've travelled to NY hundreds of times and never been in a situation where a gun would have made me feel safer. This.

Besides, @Bench has watched WWE and MMA on TV and knows how to take care of himself. In addition, he probably had an older sister so he would have had to learn how to defend himself at some point in his life.

November 19, 201510 yr Personally, I say don't go, find somewhere else to see the sights and spend your money, and my opinion has nothing to do with terrorism. I say don't go and support a city run by a horrible mayor that also has a law that doesn't recognize your basic right that you have here in KY that you freely enjoy (CCW)...that you could actually go to PRISON for if you tried doing and got caught there. Sorry, just not a fan of NYC. I know the sights are something to see, but to me if you have been to one big city you have been to them all. Again that's just me.

That's exactly what I told my Mom. NYC is probably going to be the most secured place in America over the next two weeks. I'll feel safer there than here.
