When did he get hurt? Was it late in the previous game? Saw someone asking about sitting players.

Not taking away anything from Scott's win but playing without the best player in the state obviously played into the outcome of this game.

He got hurt in the 1st series of the last regular season game against Tates Creek. He sat last week and again this week until about 5 minutes to go in game when Ashland was down 28-18. I'm still scratching my head wondering why in the world Love put him in the game.

Yeah like I said I'm not taking any credit away! They made some adjustments that obviously led them to put 28 straight on the Tomcats

To Scott's credit, Pleasant didn't play either. This time of year, the teams that play best together win. Plain and simple. With or without your best players. Great season Ashland but couldn't be happier for Scott.

What is #33 name? He was the player I was referencing in my earlier post and why I am even more shocked by the outcome. Nonetheless congrats to Ashland on a great year and good luck to Baker in the Mr. Football voting. Congrats to Scott on a huge win.

Not taking anything away from Baker or Ashland but Scott played without their best player as well, Pleasant was out tonight. Unfortunately injuries are a part of sports. Of the two teams that took the field tonight, Scott was the better one. They deserved to win the game.
