If you were to sit down and make a list of , say three songs(any genre, although I'm thinking mostly pop,rock, country) that you would choose to have played at your funeral, what would they be? I'll start with a old Bob Seger tune: "The Famous Final Scene." Perfect "going out" song. Anyone else like this tune ?

I've led a great life so I would try to use songs to get people to celebrate more than mourn.

Amazing Grace. What I sang to my oldest son every night to get him to sleep while Mama the nurse worked night shift.

 

MY Old KY Home. Lived in 4 different cities, all within the Commonwealth.

I'm a romantic down to my soul. If there's any song that kinda romanticizes death it's this one. I'll ask one of my liberal buds on here(maybe Sportsguy) to provide the cowbell.
