August 26, 201511 yr Our dog is 13 years old and named Sadie. I guess the Mrs was ahead of the times when she picked the name.
August 26, 201511 yr We've currently got a little fellow named Buddy. Spent a couple of days truing to come up with a name and my son just kept calling him buddy and it stuck.
August 26, 201511 yr Author Our dog is Dexter. Of course, he also answers to all the nicknames we call him by....Puppers, Buddy, Bubbers, Little Guy, etc...:lol2: He's probably a really confused dog now that I think about it.

I didn't give the name to mine (only the black cat)...it was either by another family member or someone else. Only the old lab is not a rescue of some type. 16 yo Yellow Lab named Marley (she was named 6 years before the book came out.) 7 yo Yellow Lab (mainly) Colton 6 yo Chocolate Lab Roxie Belle 1 1/2 yo black Lab/Pit/Dane mix Kingston 2 yo black cat Stormy (named after Storm Cat) 2 - feral barn cats grey/white nos. 1 and 2 (granddaughter name them both Cloudy) Things just kind of wander up on the farm.

I have met this foursome of dogs and let me tell you they are awesome. Very play full and friendly, but one bit of advice. Do not go after the tennis ball!!!!!! It starts a war.

August 26, 201511 yr My dog's name is Ogee. Pronounced like hogie without the H but her vet, groomer, etc all pronounce it OG.
