1A #2 Raceland vs. West Carter Predictions

Raceland is looking primed for a serious run at the 1A title. They open their campaign against 3A opponent West Carter. Last year West Carter got very close to that long sought after winning season as they posted 5 wins. Will the Rams roll or will West Carter spring a big upset and show everyone they are ready to get that winning season in 2015?

Think it's a very interesting matchup. West beats Greenup who most everyone thinks is a sleeper and much improved. Raceland better not be looking ahead to week 1 and the TOMCATS or they might lose. I think West keeps it close early and Raceland pulls away. Rams 40 West 18.

Rams, Go out and get to work on Monday, get focused on WC, you can beat anyone on your schedule and anyone on that schedule can beat you should you not work, concentrate on the game plan for each week. Remember guys, Don't let all the extra talk, activities distract you this week. Several Rams alumni from out of town and out of state will be coming in during the week and especially late week. This Home Opener is the Rams Football Hall of Fame game. A ceremony at the school honoring this years inductees. A Raceland "all classes" Ram reunion starts early in the day - then tail gaiting leading up to game time along with a HOF Ceremony on the field.
