We are glad you like the Previews, but I can not take credit for it. The Bluegrasspreps' Ranking Staff provides all the Previews and will provide weekly Notebooks covering each class. Those people work hard to provide the best coverage of their class possible.

Of course the big difference this year is that with realignment Murray would now likely have to beat Mayfield twice to make it far in the postseason.

 

GCHS, couldn't they loose the regular season game and then come in 2nd in the district; beat Owensboro Catholic and then face Mayfield again. Then only need to beat them once to advance deep in the post season.

O Cath rated way to high. They will have a good record only to exit in the second round of the playoffs. They play in the weakest 2-A district in the state. Zuberer will be worth the price of admission

Murray will be tough this year! We do play them at home this year so that's a plus.

Wow what a preview. Amazing job! I just can't seem to justify ranking mayfield ahead of desales from any angle besides maybe having a 1A and 1B. Hopefully we get the matchup we all expect to happen.

Well then take off your homer glasses. As pointed out, they return more than Desales. Little else means much. The Cards are 3 time defending champs, Desales 2 time. It is obvious both are in the mix
