I'm pretty far left myself (I know, it's a shocker), but I can't remember saying that candidate McCain did not qualify as a war hero because he was captured. I could be wrong, though.

Did anybody in that election make such outlandish comments about McCain who was a POW that refused to be released because his comrades were not. I don't care who says it, it's wrong.

It's especially sad coming from a man who did everything he could do not to serve and found deferments all along the way. :ohbrother:
