Musick wasn't the only person involved. Even the auditors said the mcpeeks were involved. Can't hide anything anymore.

I personally hope they throw Musick in solitary confinement , & lose the key .

Fairview is a mess. Reminds me of the whole Rose Hill mess in basketball.

 

I have been saying this for a long, long time. I heard what the two schools were combining to do as far back as 02' / 03' or so. I was called crazy, hater and an entire encyclopedia of bgp word filter violations in pm's . This Confirms it.

Another interesting FACT on the two schools then .... the Rose Hill basketball coach was a Fairview alum. The Fairview football coach at that time was none other than Bill Musik, the same Bill Musik that became principal, then superintendent when Paul Reliford (who happened to be Musik's football coach at FHS) ....Hmmm. Nope, no connection there. :sssh:

Rose Hill were to take the basketball players (O.J. Mayo and others) and were sending the football kids to Fairview.

Bottom Line was that school system has been cheating every one from the people / school tax payers of the Westwood Community..... to the teachers in that system that were pushed aside for jobs they deserved to put the McPeeks in / other football staff...... to all the kids in Fairview schools ..... hometown kids on the football team that were pushed aside for their Huntington / Barboursville, WVA, Coal Grove, OH., Ashland School district plus others from all around the tri state area kids that were brought in for The Sole Purpose of football. Some of those had housing provided, transportation not to mention a couple of their parents given jobs in the FHS Schools.

I could go on and on with more that was posted on other threads on this school but I won't. I believe that this latest info that has came out proves what everyone really knew, even the people that were denying all accusations (Now Proven) and calling out others as haters, jealous and flat out liars.

To Both Post Above ^^.... I don't know what will come of it but I wouldn't be surprised if all of this leads to the shut down of the football program if not the Fairview independent school system status all together with the school becoming in the Boyd Co. schools.

For example, the boys track and girls track teams need new uniforms. The boys have 25 track athletes, and the girls track team has 10 track athletes. If uniforms are bought for both teams more money is spend for the boys uniforms because they have more players, but as far as Title IX goes, there is no violation because both teams received uniforms.

No words for the embarrassment that Billy Joe Musik and Gary McPeeek have caused on Fairview schools and for what , to beat Raceland a couple of times ?? I don't want to hear any of the usual . " won district and region titles " or " final four ! we went to a state championship" rhetoric. That's all bull and everyone now knows it beyond any doubt. These couple of people had to beat / embarrass Raceland, that was some of te comments. Who is embarrassed now ?

All of this and there is still people that knew, involved in the football program. That is if we even have a football team after all this.

To any fans out there that are fans of other schools I want you to know that there are good people in Westwood, Fairview schools. Pease don't judge all by the corrupt few that have RUINED Fairview Schools. I hope that trust can someday be earned. we are not all like the ones that did and I hope not but may still be doing wrong.

Good luck with that (getting $$$ for those uniforms). Both programs a Raceland raise their own money for uniforms, as well as everything else they have.

Let's not excuse the Fairview School board. The red flags were there and they have continued to allow Musik to run the school system.

 

You can lay some blame at the feet of Marvin Moore of Rowan County. He was a member of the board of controls of the KHSAA and was informed of certain illegal activities at Fairview. His response was to forward the email to Musik. This was an obvious attempt to help Dollar Bill cover his tracks.

Is Fairview now or in danger of becoming one of those school districts that are under "state control"? I don't know the proper terminology.
