June 17, 201511 yr Not necessarily commenting on Trump, but is it impossible for our country to have statesmen anymore? Maybe it's the inquiring eye of the media, both mainstream and social. Not impossible, just unlikely.
June 17, 201511 yr I guess the question is can a jerk make a good President? Or more importantly will anyone vote for a jerk? In a recent poll , 59% of likely Republican voters said they would never, ever vote for Trump. I think the next highest percent was 37% (Chris Christie).
