Anything made by Stihl.

I have had nothing but Stihl, never any major issues. Just gotta get them cleaned up good every now and again.

Eastbay sports; I used to get the catalogs all the time when I was younger and I can only remember one time getting everything I ordered. Always back-ordered or shipped the wrong items.

We take care of them as much as we can, we run amsoil two cycle oil in our mix, mixed with high octane gas and a little seafoam as a stabilizer. Yet the issues we have are always carb related, which funny enough isn't covered by warranty. The spark arrestor is also problematic but that's California's fault since stihl decided to stick California approved emissions on their entire product line. But it is what it is, you can't go wrong with anything Shindaiwa though, so I'm gonna stick with that from now on. Its also considerably lighter, which makes a big difference when your trimming 20 lawns a day.

Any handtool that is not Craftsman...not worth it, no matter how inexpensive

Surprised. I've ordered from 3-4 times a year for the last 7 or 8 years and never had an item back-ordered (their online inventory system seems pretty solid, and the item usually shows up as unavailable) or mis-shipped. I typically buy clearance priced stuff with the 20% coupon they usually offer online..otherwise they are a little overpriced. They've been owned by Foot Locker (previously Woolworth) for about 20 years. It's been a great place to get stuff you normally don't see elsewhere.

RJS maybe it's changed over the years.

Jim Beam white label. Except for cooking — it's fine for that and I have a half-pint that is used just for that purpose.

I will never buy a Ford!! Bought brand new 2002 Explorer for over 30k.. fuel pump went out at 17k, then transmission issue at 45k (warranty covered both). Then when warranty ended at 75k the real issues started. About 7 different wheel bearings, rebuilt transmission, rear end differential, some switch that controls cruise control, cracked plastic on rear hatch.. and I'm sure there are more. I looked up on the internet and found THOUSANDS of owners with the same exact issues and Ford would do nothing to even assist with repair costs. The service manager even admitted they are on their 4th fix on the wheel bearings and they still won't assist.

I've kept the vehicle as I need a 4 wheel drive where I live and the interior and exterior are in mint shape and the ride is nice.

I let the entire floor room full of customers know about their product the last time I was there. I'm about to go test drive a full size truck and let them get all the deals worked out and then tell them why I won't purchase it after I would have if they would have just admitted the issue that are published on-line for everyone to see... there, my 10,000 rant about Ford is over.

I've owned 2 ford explorers and not had any problems. Both with over 130,000 miles

My dad had an F150 and my uncle had 2 of them that all went well over 200K miles. My uncle's first one may have been 350K+. I'd have one of those, but don't have much use for Ford products otherwise as far as their current line goes.

Eastbay comes in handy when your kids wear size 15.

Never had an issue with them.

This Ping putter I have. It sucks. Makes no putts

Sounds like it could be operator error. :lol2:

We currently have 3 Fords and 4 GMs. All have been good.

All (except the RV) have in excess of 160,000 miles. Three of them have over 200,000 miles.

I will never use Verizon ever ever again.

I'll only buy foreign cars for the rest of my life.

233,XXX miles on my 96 Ford Ranger and still going strong. Over 200,XXX miles on 96 Ford Counter that I bought 2nd hand several years ago and sold last spring. Didn't look good but started and drove/handled like a dream. Kid I sold it to blew it up. Wish now I had hung on to it.

Just turned 60k on my 2010 Ford Focus that I bought used a couple years ago. 40+ mpg. Love it. Will have to say though that not a fan of some of the earlier model Focus', too small inside and not comfortable.
