How did he get his time? They didn't tell the kids, when one asked they told him no.

 

We had a similar experience at the UC camp. Did not get the shuttle time or the 40 time. They said to email the coach and they will get it to you. Did get good feedback from some of the coaches in attendance -- asked for his highlight film and his contact info. Lot of good athletes there from all over.

When we went to UK's camp two years ago, they had NO guest coaches. They are only interested in their invited recruits.

My experience at UK and UC was pretty good (several years ago). We didn't get the attention the elite guys did but didn't feel like we wasted our time there.

I've heard from some other coaches I trust that the best "youth level" teaching camp you can attend is the one at U. of Tennessee.

Complete QB & Wide Receiver is a good camp on technique and fundamentals. Chris is one of the better QB coaches I've come across on QB fundamentals. A session is at Ryle in July.

From what I have heard the rule is no more than 4 kids from same school can attend the same camp.

 

If so they will be turned in.

Witnessed a very good camp at Mason HS in Northern Cincy this evening hosted by Ohio University. Appeared as if OUs entire staff was there and am pleased to report a high level of teaching. The Bobcats get it and are to be commended on putting on a good camp. Saw a lot one-on-one and small group teaching!

 

Other schools in attendance were: Indiana St, Dayton, Ohio Dominican, Hillsdale, Centre, Hanover, Denison, Lyndsey Wilson, and a few more more I know I am missing. Feel free to add for those others in attendance.

 

NKY was well represented and performed well from what I could see! Keep up the good work...

Robert Morris was there as well. I have to agree the camp was run very well. The head coach from OU and I spoke for a few minutes. He seemed to be a great guy and truly wanted kids of all skill sets to come away learning something.

I was told Dillon Powell had the fastest 40 time at UC today ran a 4.52!

 

How is his hamstring holding up ? Heard he pulled it again? Hopefully he can avoid the injury bug this season !! He will be needed to stay healthy to make that run !!

It is nice to see a lot of talent in nky this graduating class of 2016.

He did not participate in any drills yesterday at the Ohio camp. I am assuming it's because he re injured his hamstring at UC.
