Former CCH player recovering from a serious car wreck (2006)

Featured Replies

Former Covington Catholic DT Justin Ingle (Class of 2003) was in a serious car wreck yesterday morning on the way to school. From what I've heard he's in very critical conditions. Thoughts and prayers would be much appreciated.

Wow, our prayers go out to him and his family. Please keep us posted.

The word today at school is that he was driving down the hill on Highland Pike and crossed the double yellow line and was hit very badly head on. The jaws of life had to be used and he was air-cared to UC Hospital. He is currently in a coma, and his condition is unknown at this time, and won't be known for a few days. Thoughts and prayers are appreciated.

A friend of Justin's spoke to me earlier and said that he might not make it so please keep him and his family in your prayers.

My thoughts are with him and his family.

My prayers are with him, his friends, and family.

I lost one of my best friends to a car accident when I was a junior in high school, this sucks. I hope he pulls through.

Update:

Justin is supposed to have surgery tomorrow morning.

From what I understand, the only way for a happy ending (relatively speaking) is for the surgery to go well.

Please keep Justin & his family in your prayers.

My thoughts, prayers are with him and his family. I've had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the devastation that car wrecks can have..with family and friends. Best of luck to you Justin, may God be with you.

Peace be with him and his friends and family during this trying time.

May God guide the hands of all that will be in that operating room. May God bless him and his family. I pray that their pain will be short and Justin's recovery speedy.

No surgery had been performed as of this morning.

No surgery had been performed as of this morning.

The last I heard they were planning on surgery for this morning, but I have not heard anything either. Are they still planning on surgery?

My prayers go out to Justin and his family and friends..
