Pawn shop and a check cashing place. Depending upon how close we are to a military base, perhaps a Korean BBQ joint.

The local Republican Party Office and an old fashioned barber shop.

Marines recruiting center and massage parlor

Obviously a Democratic Party headquarters and a head shop.

Tattoo parlor and pawn shop.

Dentist office, no doubt.

My wife said: a Donut Place and a Stop and Go

I'd go with: 24 hour Pawn Shop and either a Strip Club or Krispy Kreme

Laundromat and tanning.

BGP Corporate Headquarters

 

 

and Thai Massage

No strip mall is complete without a nail salon and an Oriental Restaurant.

One of those rip off Cash Advance places & an Oriental restaurant of some kind.

Subway & a frozen yogurt place.

Laundromat and tanning.

 

That's just one place. What would you put in the other?
