Yes it is.... Just like last year but yet we continue to be overlooked in the rankings. looking like the stage is set for 2 Western Kentucky teams to make it to the Final 4 again.

Not one school east of I-75 in the Elite 8 is there? Thats wild. Well, to be technical, is CovCath on the East or West side of 75?

There are a few of us out here. As a CovCath alum living in Hoptown, I'm not sure I count though. Depending on how tomorrow and the weekend go, I could be exiled from Hopkinsville by Sunday afternoon...

WKY!!! The western part of the state doesn't get much press but diehard high school fans know the potential on this side of the state. OHS has a tradition that's second to none and the Hoptown area has produced a ton of great teams. Warren central has had some powerhouses and bg is coming around. Henderson had a fine season as well.

 

 

Yes, high school athletics exist west of i65. It's time for WKY schools to step up and be a force year in and year out.

Dang right they exist! Not only is it God's Country, but high school ball, in everything across the board is relevant.

Ive tried to keep those non wky peeps informed this year !! Strong showing...keep it up.
