What a mess.

See ya in 2 weeks Chris. Side note, Matt Jones calls his shot again lol.

@howielindsey: Tough to comment until I hear more, but I can say this - there will be much less drama in the locker room after this dismissal.

UL continues to puzzle me. They have shown zero integrity. They suspend him before the game yesterday but when they need him after what? 2 minutes? They then let him play and then today after they got their win they kick him off the team.

Jones and Harrell have made a joke of a once proud program.

First of all, you make it sound like Jones wasn't supposed to play yesterday. It was well known on Thursday or Friday that he would be playing yesterday. So to paint the picture that UL threw him in there because they were down early is 100% incorrect.

Secondly, this dismissal is apparently the result of a completely separate incident from the suspension.

Lastly, I would LOVE for you to elaborate on your last comment. Hyperbole much?

Hyperbole? Really?

You are a UL fan and will defend anything they do so there is no reason to even show everything done just this year alone with the program because you will never see anything wrong with anything anyone associated with the program ever does.

Hyperbole, no. Not even close. You wearing Rose colored glasses? Yes

The bolded shows you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. You are right, I'm a UL fan, and I'm one of the most critical people on this board when it comes to them.

Now, if you would like to actually answer the question I posed, we can continue this conversation. Otherwise, I'll file this and all your other posts on the matter in the "Throw UL Under The Bus Just Because" folder...

Greyfox, the hyperbole was the "once proud program". Lol

He's been a frustrating player for even the most die hard UL fans.

Does everyone believe this dismissal is final? No chance he plays again?

Call him Nostradamus, Jones is 3 for 3 on the Ville dismissals (Ware, Shane, and CJ).

Honestly, it's hard to say with RP these days. Part of me believes he really tries to give these guys as many opportunities as possible (see Chane), and that's why we've seen so much on again/off again type stuff over the years. If this incident is truly separate from the suspension issue, he needs to be gone. Pretty easy to see he has no intentions of doing what it takes to get his act together at that point.

Without reading and looking up, will someone answer this question.

Is he kicked off for good and never return back.
