Augusta's Camryn Snapp has a torn ACL

Featured Replies

Saw his Dad tweeted this earlier. Surgery is required and his season is over.

While Cam has a year of high school left, I hate this. He's very enjoyable to watch and is a good kid.

This is extremely unfortunate. I just hate to see this Cam is a great player. I saw a tweet of his sayin minor setback for a major come back. Also said 8-10 months to fully recover. Wishing him nothing but the best a hoping for a full speedy recovery.

Hate to hear this. Kid has a motor that won't stop. Hopefully he comes back strong next season.:thumb:

Agreed and those 10th region coaches need to lobby for him to be nominated amongst the regions best players..... Torn ACL or not he is qualified .....

I saw it happen and knew it looked bad. Good luck with your surgery and will see you again next year.

Really hate to hear this but not surprised. Hope he can get back for XC season but that might be pushing it. He was 13th in the state last year.

Good luck in your recovery, Cam!!!! Come back stronger!!

Tough, tough break for Snapp and the Panthers.

Augusta comes to Alexandria Friday night to play our Mustangs.

Our kids already looking past NCC on Thursday (lol!!!) anticipating a re-match with Augusta, would have preferred to play them at full-strength.

I'm sure that Coach Hinson is already practicing with his "next man up," however, the loss of Snapp will certainly increase the challenge for the team as they finish out the remainder of the season and go for a three-peat in the 39th District Tournament.

Sad to hear for Camryn, he's a solid player that brings energy on both ends of the floor. Going to be very hard to replace.

Terrible news. Cam is a great kid with a lot of potential. Hoping for a full recovery.

Throw my hat in the ring to campaign for him to be all-region.

That is awful news, great player and even better young man, Hope he recovers fully

Hate to hear that, hopefully he comes back just as strong if not stronger.

So very sad for Camryn. I wish him nothing but the best with his recovery. I'm sure he'll bounce back better than ever.

Man I hate to hear it. Good luck young fella. Put in the work, you'll reap it on the other end!!:thumb:
