Covington Catholic sophomore Cole VonHandorf scored his 1,000th career varsity point last night against Cincinnati St X.

 

That total does include his 8th grade year at Villa Madonna Academy.

Heck of an accomplishment for Cole. Since this tally included his Villa points, does Cov Cath acknowledge him as a 1000 point scorer or will he have to wait until he scores 1000 points as a Colonel to be honored? Regardless, it's a tremendous achievement for a sophomore.
