Well I saw it on twitter so it's gotta be true. :D

Just googled it. Looks legit.

Better check and confirm on Facebook, absolute accuracy, honesty there. :thumb: :sssh:

I'd like to see some different combinations on the court. Offensively this team is lacking right now, they should be used to a zone by tournament time. The three point streak stays alive but only triple. WCS is still so raw but he's got so much upside.

If this team can figure out how to shoot with efficiency, they're going to be unbeatable.

I like a lot of what Ulis did, but can he shoot the ball? It looked like Texas was willing to let him shoot the three anytime he wanted to and I don't think he took one in the entire game.

So what you guys are saying is it will take a pretty big effort from a really good team. :D Texas matched up with them well' date=' defended well, and out rebound UK. UK's 4 best shooters were 4-27 (1-12 from 3) and they still pulled out a double digit victory.[/quote']

I thought Texas was playing a mild form of prison ball and hit a few open shots also.

He's 52% from the field and 53% from three point land.

There's going to be a lot of guys waking up tomorrow morning knowing they were in a game the night before.

Thought UK got the benefit of the doubt on some calls, which is expected for any home team, and there was also lots of big bodies playing physical basketball, which has to be difficult to officiate as well.

When Texas gets Taylor back, they are going to be a really tough out if Barnes can stay out of his own way.

Was it just me or did Willie not have a good start to the first half offensively? I thought he had some trouble converting from the high post, whether it be a drive to the goal and taking some contact, hitting a floater, sticking the pull up from the free throw line, whatever he was trying in terms of looking to score off of something besides a lob.

I think you forget who their coach is.

Hahaha... roommate came in and asked me about the game and I told him the same thing. I said, "they'll be good, but we're also talking about the coach who had Kevin Durant and couldn't get out of the first round of the tournament".

They won't have to be great offensively to win but it would be nice to see a little more consistency.

This a thousand times.

UK isn't very good offensively, and the fact is that teams are going to zone us and dare/pray that we aren't hitting open shots from the perimeter.

You can play zone and still keep stats/assignments on how to play it in terms of which kids you need to close out on hard on and in which spots to do so versus the kids you don't do it to and live with the fact that they beat you by doing so. If we're hitting our shots from the outside, then we're clicking on all cylinders and there's really not much that a team can try defensively that's going to limit us (at least at that point if nothing else).

U.K. is going to see a zone defense every time out. Should the Cats get to shooting like I think they can and teams are forced to go man............. it's gonna get good !! :thumb:

One of the worst officiated games ever, both ways. I understand there was a lot of physical play, but there is no need for 51 fouls, especially all the off ball crap they kept calling all game. There was a stretch where the same ref called 4 of the 5 fouls in a 39 second stretch. Brutal game to watch as there was no rhythm to the game at all.

Big turning point in the game was the flagrant 1 foul on Texas. UK scored the next 6 points in like 20 seconds to tie the game.

A awesome thing to see at the game last nigh.

Kudos to the marketing team for setting up a two-shirt system in the eRupption Zone tonight. When the first platoon was in, the students wore the blue platoon shirt. When the second squad subbed in, students peeled off the blue to reveal white platoon t-shirts.
