I've blew my prediction about a week ago when I said the winner of the LexCath/Scott Co. game would win the Sweet 16. But out of this bunch I would go with John Hardin.

That is exactly the same Final 4 I expect / hope to see on Saturday morning. I am hoping your predictions for that round don't go exactly right. :D

I picked South because they have been there before, seem to perform better on a bigger stage, and got a scare from a very underrated Barbourville squad and should be very focused. If those in attendance thought Walt Allen was driven last season, imagine how focused he will be in his final season as a Cardinal.

I do think this is a wide open field and there are at least 6 teams that I could see winning it all. I just give South a very slight edge.

There is obviously very little participation on the board from Western KY (or is it just that the kids aren't home from school yet?).

Or perhaps we're not all homers.....

For the record, I haven't voted, and WC wouldn't be my vote if I did.

CCH and South Laurel in the finals. Like to see the "sea of blue" not have to stop its wave in the final game. NKY needs another state title. CCH by 3 in the finals.

Shelby County could make some noise if they come to play. Have seen some lackadaisical effort at times but if you don't play this time of year in Rupp, you can't play.

Only 1 vote for Apollo, they sound pretty tough.

Can I re-pick a team?

I hope Covcath takes it all because

1) They beat the school I was rooting for .

2) They are from Nky and this region is due .

3) They are the only Parochial school in the Tournament and the Parochial schools are at a disatvantage when it comes to basketball and the Sweet Sixteen and maybe this will go towards leveling the hardwood a bit .

Can't quite agree with # 3, how in world are Parochial Schools at a disadvantage??

When it comes to T & X it is because we have to many students.

I voted for Madison Central...I know its late, but in all honesty, they would have been my pick at the start.
