citycat Posted October 13, 2014 Posted October 13, 2014 With Tisdale out for the season I really dont think HC can be ranked number one in the region or him as the best player. You never know how Scott County will mesh but I do now give the slight edge to LexCath. The team that I would not sleep on is LCA, they could easily slip in and win the region now.
LCDAWGS19 Posted October 13, 2014 Posted October 13, 2014 (edited) Here's what's fun about this region. Two kids transferred in to Scott County ( Ronnie Carson, DJ Jenkins), who might have been the top player in their region at their original schools, but don't even crack the Top 10 here. Unless they did the rankings prior to that. Looks like the 12th has Carson in theirs. Edited October 13, 2014 by LCDAWGS19

This^^.. you would think those two were both in the top 10 and Scott Co would be in the top 3 teams. i dont know much about the 11th just a thought on my part.

Johnny_Utah Posted October 13, 2014 Posted October 13, 2014 couple of thoughts: Until they prove themselves wrong, I always have Scott Co & LexCath near the top no matter what & usually in that order. Will be interesting to see how LCA does with a head coaching change. It doesn't always go smooth, even with the returning talent they have. I think that obviously Henry Clay will come back into the middle of the pack with the unfortunate Tisdale injury, really wanted to see what that young man was going to do this year. Its always a mixed bag with the city teams from Lexington it seems. Sometimes you get the good candy, other times you get that nasty orange & black wrapper Halloween stuff. Looking forward to a competitive year in the 11th Region no matter what.
HICKORY Posted October 13, 2014 Posted October 13, 2014 It looks like to me the 11th is wide open with at least 5-6 teams capable of winning it. Hasn't been that way for a while.
BigVMan23 Posted October 13, 2014 Posted October 13, 2014 If Scott county is 5th I have some beach front property in Frankfort I want to sell.
PurplePride92 Posted October 13, 2014 Posted October 13, 2014 Does anyone know the status of Ronnie Carson and DJ Jenkins' eligibility?
JokersWild24 Posted October 14, 2014 Posted October 14, 2014 I'm somewhat surprised that Jordan Fucci was rated that low.
First Posted October 14, 2014 Posted October 14, 2014 Tisdale will likely miss the season. Flip Rose and Williams. If Carson is eligible, then it should be Rose, Carson, Williams in that order. I think Jenkins would be top 10 but on the lower end.
Nighta4 Posted October 15, 2014 Posted October 15, 2014 Questions.... Is Cameron Thomas (Madison Central) out for the season? Did Scott Co. get a transfer in from TN that is 6'7?
2-3-Zone Posted October 16, 2014 Posted October 16, 2014 Does anyone know the status of Ronnie Carson and DJ Jenkins' eligibility? What school did Jenkins transfer from?
JokersWild24 Posted October 16, 2014 Posted October 16, 2014 What school did Jenkins transfer from? Harrison County
PurplePride92 Posted October 16, 2014 Posted October 16, 2014 Hearing everyone at Scott County will be eligible to play this season.
