And to me...YES that validates this loss. Not picking on Beechwood because they are an awesome program but do they even have 51 total Srs in their school?

Actually most teams in NKY really don't care but it sure seems HHS fans seem to get defensive if their status is ever questioned.

 

Shoot a couple seemed to really get upset at the thought of the Fla team putting in some backups as if to say "How dare anyone play their #2s against us! We are Highlands by God"

 

I am not upset at the thought of another team playing its 2's against HHS. If HHS is getting whipped and the other team puts in its 2's, that is fine. But that is not what happened yesterday. It irritates me that people who were obviously not there throw that out there like they know it happened when it clearly did not happen.

I'm guessing Cincy X has 350 to 400 boys in the senior class.

S Florida is just a bit faster and a bit bigger.

Hoge's first TD pass to Venamen was a thing of beauty. I also saw some other Bird receivers step up in the 2nd half like Weyer and New.

 

Hope the Birds can mend the injuries before Elder. Id like to See them at full strength.

Zero chance HHS losing changes anything in the form of any real or perceived heat.

To me CC looked exactly like what you would find across the river in the GCL. It seemed to me that CC had a little more fire at the beginning of the game then the Birds. BW must of had a whale of a halftime speech because the Birds came out looking like a different team. I don't believe Hoge has been healthy in a while. I would love to see what he could do if he could really use his feet..

If Hoge has nagging injuries I sit him until further notice. Give him whatever it takes to fully heal for the playoffs, besides Hergot could use the experience.

No , you have it wrong. The problem is that people LIKE YOU don't attend the game in person and think the only way Highlands can make a come back is by the other teams have their two's playing. That wasn't the case today. Apparently you weren't at the game either. In this case two wrongs don't make a right. Your one of the many fans that irritate me, you go strictly by scores and what other people are saying that WERE NOT THERE, to base your opinion. Your football knowledge and credibility is zero in my books. Maybe you and the other poster that wasn't there can come up with something new. I was at the game and got plenty of positive feedback from two fathers of the other teams players. They were starters and played the entire game. I actually felt weird asking these total strangers if there ones were still in the game. I knew I had to because I knew it wouldn't take long to show up on BGP. You want to know the truth? I could of cared less about the game yesterday because I was at a more important game, my sons college game.

 

Funny thing is I didn't say anything about the game itself because I couldn't care less about it. What I did say is it is funny that whenever highlands loses there are people like you who get so freaking upset that youale it even more ridiculous for HHS fans with your butt hurt attitude.

 

Someone's mentions 2nd stringers playing against highlands and you get your panties in such a bunch you give the fanbase a bad name. Don't stop though lol. It's quite entertaining watching you act so high and

One last thing question though, what kind of insecure fan goes up to the opposing fans to ask if their team played any 2nd stringers? If that was the most concerning thing to you....well nevermind lol. As if you thought the entire game, "I better make sure no 2nd stringers played against my Highlands team because BGP'ers will never let me hear the end of it lol.

Piece of advice, be more like 75center who knows its just a game and move on. There are more important things in life to be worried about than if a 2nd stringer beat your team.
