ATLCat Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 Glasgow and Prestonsburg are the teams I could see flipping.
Dark Horse78 Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 Glasgow and Prestonsburg are the teams I could see flipping. Agree!
jessepinkman Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 I would put Bardstown around #7 or #8. They will have an excellent chance to prove me wrong over the next 2 weeks though.
DreamKiller Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 I still believe Caldwell County should be #1
Jumper_Dad Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 Someone is missing? :whistling: Yeah, but we are 0-5, I'm OK with us not being ranked
gchs_uk9 Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 Someone is missing? :whistling: Yeah, but we are 0-5, I'm OK with us not being ranked It seems out of whack to not see Newport Catholic and Somerset on this list. I think Newport Catholic will get back there in a few weeks, but I'm not sure about the Jumpers.
ColtPride Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 (edited) I still believe Caldwell County should be #1 With your weak schedule I'd put you at #3 behind CAL. Edited September 26, 2014 by Ram Rule 13
frankdracman23 Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 When NCC was 1-4 last year does anyone remember if they dropped out of the 2A rankings?
Lawnboy13 Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 Yeah, but we are 0-5, I'm OK with us not being ranked
Eagle2013 Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 When NCC was 1-4 last year does anyone remember if they dropped out of the 2A rankings? I think the difference between this years NCC team vs last years is that a couple of the 2013 losses were very competitive. 1 point loss to Campbell and a 9 point loss to Cooper. This years team has been pretty much blown out in each game. They haven't kept a game within 2 TD's this year.
truecardinalfan Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 (edited) I still believe Caldwell County should be #1 This is absolutely true. I can't imagine a team better in 2A.. Edited September 26, 2014 by Ram Rule 13
gchs_uk9 Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 This is absolutely true. I cant imagine a team better in 2A.. My concern with Caldwell County is the defense. They are giving up 27.6 points per game, which is too many. Offense has never been a problem, but I remember last year, when Caldwell's offense sputtered in the playoffs, the defense wasn't able to shut down Murray and they were eliminated. It will be interesting to see if that problems arises again this season.
