It would have been if Winslow or Whitlow? had been QB again

Probably. Towles is their quarterback after tonight's performance. I know he made some mistakes, but receivers didn't help him at times, especially Timmons.

I remember a few years ago when ND got beat by Michigan State on a fake FG there was the debate about the delay of game call. Whichever official who has the play clock has to see the clock hit zero then turn around and see if the ball has been snapped. That's why it wasn't called. It was snapped right as the zero hit or a split second after. It's never called if it's that close.

This. I was just as upset about the no call as anyone when it happened but after seeing the replay knew why they didn't call it.

The only to truly call it at zero is if there's a buzzer on the official's wrist that prevents him from having to look up and then back at the play.

It's the "loser's limp" to whine about it.

Cats were worn out at end. Need a few more players. Give Stoops time and/or let these players mature.

Disagree. Too close. Replay showed that it was too close to call. Mike Periera tweeted it was the right non-call.

Bigger issue was Lowery not covering.

Exactly. How he allowed Robinson to get behind him blows my mind, he seemed to take a look back at the QB and got burned because of it.

Respectively diagree zero on the clock is zero on the clock and that my friend is a penelty on 4th downs equals game over my friend. I don't care if the entire defense ran to the sidelines and no one was covering.

Great effort, but there are no such things as moral victories in this program. #BeatVandy

Love this quote....Not settling for mediocrity and "almost wins"

Towles is a future NFL draft pick.

You're completely removing the human element out of the equation. An official can't be looking at the both the clock and the snap.

I would like to see #18 with a few more touches. Did he touch it again after his TD in the 1st OT?

And you gotta watch the snap first.

But if towler could stop trying to run almost every other play and try to throw then we may just win. But uk from here on out will lose the next two and win probably two games in the sec. Just can't see them getting hot while SC took their game to the next level.

Thought the holding call on Shields was the bigger call in the game. Florida never held, not one

Not really, they would have gotten 4th down over.
