Who ever ran this investigation for the NFL is the person that will lose their job. If they saw the video and made the decision NOT to show or tell others, they are gone. If they told Goodell or showed him what was on the video he is gone.

The only chance the NFL has here is to pay off a bunch of people. And either way, more and more info will come out.
September 10, 201412 yr I completed many many internal investigations over the years, if I had held back a key piece of the investigation like this I would have been fired. Not my boss who I may have mislead or the President of the company, but me. You have to trust your investigators to get all of the info to the decision makers, if they don't it is hard to fault the decision makers. That said, just hearing what Rice admitted too should have been enough to kick him indefinitely...that's where the Commish screwed up to begin with.

Like I've said from the beginning, the only way Roger survives is if someone in his security staff admits to withholding this from him.

September 11, 201412 yr Roger must go if this is true. More than him! ANYONE who knew of it should be gone immediately! If you were an owner of an NFL team, what would you do right now? What pressure, if any, would you use to get those on the NDL front office to step down?
September 11, 201412 yr Roger ought to consider hiring a good lawyer to negotiate is termination package with the owners. Maybe he should consider suspending himself for 2 games since there's not video of him watching the video.
