August 12, 201412 yr I'm probably the only one but I think of the Genie in Aladdin always when his name comes up. Of course he was in way better movies and roles but it stuck with me from childhood.

Of course, that wasn't the coroner's report...but that leaves you to assume either hanging, or dare I say autoerotic asphyxiation. Either way, so so sad. Robin's widow issued a statement earlier today saying that "it is our hope the focus will not be on Robin’s death, but on the countless moments of joy and laughter he gave to millions.”

August 12, 201412 yr Depression is a terrible thing. Agreed. I just didn't understand it fully until I dated someone who suffered from chronic depression. It's really a disease.

August 12, 201412 yr Prayers to his family. There are so many movies I enjoyed. Dead Poets Society Good Will Hunting Patch Adams Awakenings The Fisher King Mrs Doubtfire Are all movies I could watch over and over. The Fisher King, Good Will Hunting and Dead Poets Society were probably my favorite. I always really like The Best of Times, where they go back and replay a high school football game as well.
