Really wish I had cable to watch this game. Listening to 700 has been great and all but this is something that needs to be seen...

Paging Jumper Dad

Maybe my tough love is paying off

Game suspended and will resume at 5:30 tomorrow tied at 7 in the top of the 7th...

Mesoraco who has the best looking swing on this team goes yard. I love that guy

Pretty sure they said last night that since he's been off the DL he's 8 for 17 with 3 doubles and 3 jacks. If so, that's a slugging percentage of 1.1765.

I hated to see this one get suspended, it seems the Reds and their minor league team Pensacola had the same weather last night.

Well boys, I can say something none of the other thread starters can...didn't pick up an L on the first day of a series haha!

Said it before yesterday and will continue too, I'm just not a fan of Bailey.

Glad to see Votto is getting it going and Meso has been on fire!

That was embarrassing. Homer gets paid, and has decided to just collect a paycheck now. Awesome.

We were talking about that yesterday before the game about how many players actually continue to produce at a high level after getting "Paid". Seems to be a short list in MLB, there are some but seems way to many times players play out of their mind in Free Agent/Contract year and then noticeably drop after signing long term deal.

I am in absolutely no way saying that this is true about Homer Bailey, but it would 100% not surprise me that a player is juicing for a few years and getting away with it. Signs that huge contract. Then jumps off the juice so that they don't get caught and fully tarnish the reputation.

Is it to early to ask Magic Johnson if he needs another right hander?

He has been awful for sure. Hopefully it's more to do with the groin injury from spring than him just not being good. If he falls off his production that contract is going to be a major problem.

Homer wants more money. $20 million isn't enough.

Saw a tweet yesterday, Mezo is the first player since 88' Kal Daniels to start the season with 5 straight games with extra base hits.
